What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time of our therapists and other clients. It allows us to manage appointments effectively and offer time slots to other clients who may be waiting. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but providing notice will enable us to utilize our resources effectively and serve all our clients efficiently.

How long does a therapy session last?

Individual therapy: Typically 50 minutes
Couples or family therapy: Usually 50–90 minutes, depending on the session plan

What are the fees for therapy?

Fees vary depending on the type of session:

Individual sessions: $150
Couples or family sessions: $180 for 50 minutes and $220 for 90 minutes

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made via:

Credit or debit card
Secure online payment (link provided at booking)
Cash (for in-person sessions only)

Payment is usually required before or at the time of the session.

Do you accept insurance?

Some insurance providers cover counselling and psychotherapy. Please check directly with your insurance company.

We can provide receipts or invoices for reimbursement.
Coverage depends on your individual plan and provider.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. If you need to reschedule:
