Our culturally sensitive and supportive program is meticulously designed to help Muslim immigrant women navigate settlement challenges, strengthen identity, foster healthy relationships, and build community connections. Each week, we provide a safe and respectful environment that combines discussion, skills-building, and most importantly, peer support. This fosters a sense of belonging and community, ensuring that every participant feels secure and respected. The group will run online, weekly for 10 weeks, with a waitlist of 8 to 12 participants. You can choose any day that works best for you, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Our journey begins in Week 1 with a warm welcome and group orientation, setting the stage for the transformative weeks ahead.

Our program provides a supportive and non-judgmental group environment for parents currently engaged with children's services. We focus on practical skills, including strengthening parenting skills, understanding the child welfare process, managing stress, and building healthy family dynamics. Participants gain tools to improve communication, self-advocacy, and resilience while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
